We want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your on-line purchases, you may return items for a full refund or exchange. Subject to terms and conditions.

 

CUSTOM OR MADE TO MEASURE

No returns or exchanges on custom / made to measure orders.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within working 3 days from the date of receiving your order.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund including free exchange if applicable. You can return your order via Courier / Postnet / Post Office. 

 

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to all online purchases made through our website or offline:

  • All sale or clearance items are final.

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Items that have make up on them, will not be accepted as a return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

OLYWAX  guarantees to refund any item(s), provided that they have been kept in reasonable condition prior to their return. This means the item(s) cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags are still intact.

If the items you purchased are returned in good condition, the balance will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receiving the return. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Returns with obvious signs of use.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 A refund will be processed only under the following terms and conditions;

  1.  A client orders an item that is out of stock.

  2.  A clothing item is returned for exchange and the item is out of stock.

 

 EXCHANGES

Your online purchases can be exchanged for another size, colour or different item. Returns are accepted within 3 working days from the date of receiving your order.

 All items will be inspected on return and OLYWAX reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit and items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 Exchanges will only be processed under the following terms and conditions:-

  1.  A client wants a size exchange.

  2.  A client wants to exchange an item they purchased for another item of equivalent value or to top up on another item of choice.

  3.  A client orders something out of stock they can choose another item of equivalent value or top up on another item of choice.

 

 LOST OR STOLEN RETURN

Olywax is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
